Services

From architecture through deployment, security, and ongoing operations: the infrastructure discipline that gets agents past the demo stage.

  1. Architecture & delivery

Design and build production agentic systems on Bedrock AgentCore (Runtime, Gateway, Identity, Memory) with frameworks like Strands Agents and LangGraph. Tools integrate over MCP and OpenAPI, not glue code.

AgentCore · Strands Agents · LangGraph · MCP · OpenAPI

  2. Security & identity

Identity-aware agent-to-service authentication, policy-based guardrails, and least-privilege IAM: the controls that let an enterprise security team say yes to an agent touching real systems.

AgentCore Identity · Guardrails · IAM

  3. Operations & observability

Full tracing through CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry on serverless, event-driven foundations (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway), defined as infrastructure-as-code and built to keep running after the launch call ends.

CloudWatch · OpenTelemetry · Lambda · EventBridge · CDK (TypeScript)

About

Trevor Holmes, founder and principal of PGE Software

PGE Software is the consulting practice of Trevor Holmes — building for the web since 1999, when he led web-technology teams at State Farm; running production AWS infrastructure inside Fortune 500 enterprises since 2020, at Caterpillar and Mutual of Omaha; and now delivering agentic AI systems with the same production discipline.

One principal, end-to-end ownership: the person who architects your agentic system is the person who secures it, instruments it, and answers for it in production.
